Stormy is a warm, grounded, and direct therapist who holds space for adults navigating complex life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the aftershocks of trauma. With a calm presence and real-world wisdom, she supports clients through relationship struggles, low self-esteem, grief, spirituality, and the ongoing journey of reclaiming self-worth.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, navigating divorce, healing from difficult childhood experiences, or seeking to better understand your patterns in love, work, or identity Stormy provides a steady presence and a structured path forward. She understands how messy, beautiful, and nonlinear healing can be, and she believes in the power of intentional change, one honest session at a time.
Clients often describe Stormy as a compassionate and thoughtful listener who balances honesty with empathy. Her sessions offer a secure place to explore your pain and your potential where it’s safe to show up fully as yourself, without judgment.
“I didn’t know I was healing when everything got better… I knew I was healing when I wanted to change how I was showing up.”
Stormy sees healing like tending a houseplant: it takes time, the right conditions, and a willingness to check what needs to shift whether that’s your environment, your habits, or the people around you. Her job is to help you grow without judgment, with insight, and always at your own pace.
As a first-generation college graduate, Stormy brings a deep understanding of resilience, cultural identity, and navigating systems that weren’t built with you in mind. Her background includes work in community mental health, private practice, and with survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence. She’s also familiar with military and law enforcement cultures and the unique stressors they carry.
Stormy is a nature-lover, a dog mom, and a fan of new restaurants and good books. She deeply believes that therapy should feel both meaningful and accessible especially for first-time clients and those unsure of where to start.
