Break Free from Trauma
A Safe, Proven Path to Recover from PTSD and Emotional Wounds
We know how heavy this can feel. And we promise—healing from trauma doesn’t have to take forever or feel impossible. Whether you’re carrying the weight of PTSD, dealing with the effects of childhood wounds, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, you’ve already done the hardest part by being here.
So what if this time you didn’t have to power through it alone? What if real healing was possible—and closer than you think?

You might not call it trauma. Maybe you’ve just always felt on edge. Maybe your emotions seem too big—or completely shut down. Maybe you're exhausted from keeping it together on the outside while it feels like everything’s unraveling inside. But somewhere along the way, something happened that overwhelmed your system. A single moment or a series of them. A painful loss. A toxic relationship. A childhood where safety was never guaranteed. Whatever the story, the result is the same: you feel disconnected from yourself, your body, and the life you want to live.

This is what unresolved trauma and PTSD do. They hijack your nervous system, keeping it in a state of survival long after the danger has passed.
But this doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means your brain adapted to survive. And with the right tools, it can learn to feel safe again. That’s where we come in.
What is Trauma & PTSD?
Trauma isn’t just something that happened in the past—it’s how your brain and body learned to protect you in the moment, and how those patterns keep showing up now.

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) can develop after events that were shocking, terrifying, or deeply unsafe—like abuse, assault, medical emergencies, or combat. But many people carry what’s known as complex trauma, which builds slowly over time. Chronic stress, childhood neglect, emotionally abusive dynamics—these don’t always “look like” trauma from the outside, but they can leave the same deep imprint. And because trauma lives in the nervous system, not just the mind, traditional talk therapy isn’t always enough.

That’s why we use EMDR therapy and other trauma-informed methods. EMDR is a research-backed approach that helps your brain reprocess trauma without re-living it. It works by targeting the places where trauma gets stuck, allowing your system to finally recognize: “It’s over. I’m safe now.” Trauma-informed therapy means we’re always working with your nervous system, not against it. It means we move at your pace—not ours. It means we recognize how trauma can affect trust, attention, memory, boundaries, and even how you show up in the room. We’ll never push you to talk about things before you’re ready. Instead, we’ll offer steady, compassionate support—and practical tools—to help you feel more grounded, more present, and more in control of your healing process.
How Can We Help?
We know how hard it is to open up about trauma—especially when you’ve been holding it in for so long. At Unbroken Abundance, we create a space where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly. You don’t need to justify your pain or compare it to someone else’s. Here, what you feel is real, and it matters.

In session, we’ll guide you through gentle, structured steps that allow your brain to release trauma at its own pace. EMDR is one of the primary tools we use because it works—it helps the brain unlock what’s stuck, so you’re no longer trapped in cycles of fear, shame, or self-blame.

All of our therapists are licensed and trained in trauma-informed care. Many of us have done this work ourselves. So when we say, “We get it,” we mean it. You’ll never be rushed. You’ll never be judged. You’ll be supported the whole way.
