Break Free from the Past with EMDR —A Path to Lasting Relief
We know you’re busy, and we promise it won’t take long to learn how EMDR can change your life. Whether you’re struggling with deep emotional pain or just feeling stuck, you’ve already come this far—why not take a few more minutes to find a solution that could make all the difference? No fluff, just real help.
Life has felt heavy lately. Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of painful memories, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or dealing with compulsive behaviors that seem impossible to control. For some, it’s the constant battle with anxiety or depression; for others, it’s difficulty concentrating or a deep sense of loneliness that lingers. Does this sound familiar? If so, you’re in the right place. At Unbroken Abundance, we understand how hard it is to live with these challenges, and we’re here to help. Through our compassionate support and EMDR, we can guide you toward healing and a renewed sense of peace.
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) offers a way out. It’s a therapy that helps your brain naturally reprocess difficult memories and emotions, so they no longer control your thoughts, emotions, or actions.

You’ve probably tried different ways to deal with your pain. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before, or maybe you’ve kept everything inside, hoping it would get easier on its own. But when you’re living with all the weight the things you are experiencing, it can feel like nothing helps for long.

EMDR is different because it goes beyond coping—it helps you heal with proven methods that have worked and been measured in multiple studies for over 40 years.
How Can We Help?
We know how vulnerable it feels to open up about your struggles. At Unbroken Abundance, we create a space that feels safe and supportive—where you don’t have to rush, and where every part of you is accepted. Your journey will start with a conversation. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, the emotions that weigh you down, and what you’re hoping to change.

Then, with EMDR, we’ll help you heal. Bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements) allows your brain to reprocess difficult memories, releasing the emotional charge that comes with them. Each session builds on the last, giving you the freedom to move forward without the past holding you back.

All of our therapists are licensed and trained in EMDR as well as having many other tools in the toolkit to help you get past the struggles you are facing. Okay, I know, that all sounds great and all but how does it actually work?
We can go into a bunch of clinical jargon about the amygdala but we have already bored you with Bilateral stimulation and EMDR, so let's not.... Instead...

Imagine your mind is like a drawer where you store all your life experiences. Most of the time, the drawer stays organized and neat. But when something difficult happens, it’s like everything gets tossed in there randomly, and now the drawer is so messy that every time you open it, something spills out, and it’s overwhelming.
EMDR is like going through that messy drawer, one item at a time, and finding the right place for everything. The key is that your brain already knows how to do this—it’s the same process it goes through while you sleep. Just like when you dream, your brain reprocesses and organizes emotions and memories. EMDR taps into that natural process, helping your brain clean out the emotional clutter and put everything in its place.
It might be uncomfortable to confront what’s in the drawer, but your brain already has the tools it needs to sort through it and create order.
