Roxie Wurtz, LMSW is a warm, grounded, and direct therapist who specializes in helping people feel less overwhelmed and more like themselves again. Whether you’re navigating academic pressure, caregiver burnout, chronic illness, or the internal noise of anxiety and self-doubt, Roxie brings clarity and compassion to each session supporting clients of all ages through life’s hardest (and most transformative) moments.

As a trauma-informed, identity-affirming therapist, Roxie is especially passionate about working with those with chronic illness and ongoing pain, medical complexities, all ages with special expertise in 65+ adults,  adolescents, and adults in life transitions. Roxie brings decades of life experience, parenthood, and second-career insight to the therapy room, as well as personal understanding of chronic illness and systems like adoption and foster care.
