• Embed treatment goals directly in your progress notes (no separate treatment planner document required), the gap most of us were never taught

• Document for clients impacted by SB14, gender-diverse and LGBTQ+ clients, immigrants, and reproductive health contexts

• Apply a clear decision framework at high-stakes documentation moments, so you stop freezing on the same questions

• Connect your notes to billing, medical necessity, and the Medicare note standard, the practical loop grad school skipped

• Talk with clients about their records, and work through ethical dilemmas with a framework you can hold

Your Facilitator

Kitty Ferguson, MSSW, LCSW-S — EMDR Certified, IFS Level 1 trained trauma therapist, clinical supervisor, and founder of Unbroken Abundance. Kitty brings over a decade of experience working at the intersection of trauma, systems, and documentation ethics with a uniquely grounded, values-driven lens. This cohort is a chance to work with Kitty in a smaller, slower, more intimate setting with real notes and real conversation.
