About the event

The Wholehearted Documentation Cohort

A learning experience for Texas clinicians who want to document ethically, protectively, and with less effort - not more.

June 12 – July 3, 2026  |  Fridays  |  9:00–10:30 AM CDT  |  Live on Zoom

6 Ethics CEUs  |  $175  |  25 Seats

Most documentation trainings give you information.

This one gives you time.

Time to practice. Time to ask the question you’ve been sitting with since the last training. Time to bring your actual clients, your actual notes, your actual uncertainty and work through it with guidance and a room full of peers who understand exactly what you’re navigating.

The Wholehearted Documentation Cohort is a four-week live learning experience designed for Texas clinicians who want more than a framework. You’ll spend four Friday mornings doing the work together learning, practicing, and leaving each session with something you can use in your next appointment.

By July 3rd, you’ll have 6 CEUs, a documentation practice that actually fits your values, and a community of colleagues who got there with you.

What Makes This Different

👥  25 seats means real conversation not a webinar where you’re one of a 100 names on a list. Kitty knows who’s in the room. So do you.

🗓️  Four weeks, not four hours. You’ll have time between sessions to try things, notice what’s hard, and come back with real questions.

📋  Broader than a single framework. The cohort covers the full landscape of ethical, protective documentation across modalities, client populations, and the specific pressures Texas clinicians are navigating right now.

✅  Six CEUs for $175. That’s less than $30 per credit hour with live instruction and community practice included. Most standalone CEU modules charge more than that for a recording and a quiz.

“I realized taking this training that EVERYONE has the same anxieties as me... and there is always room to learn and sharpen my skills.”

— A.O, LPC

“Kitty is a gifted presenter who packed a ton of information into a relatively short training without it feeling overwhelming... I felt she was just talking to me in her office.”

— M.H., LPC Supervisor

“This training gave me practical skills that I can use to feel confident in my ability to advocate for clients and myself through documentation.”

— A.V., LMFT Associate
