As autumn begins, we’ll center ourselves, settle into the circle, and reconnect with what it means to sit together in safety and warmth. A time to orient, breathe, and remember that healing begins in community.

Join us as we gather online for a 90-minute Internal Family Systems (IFS) experiential designed to bring you back to your center. These sessions weave together meditation, reflection, and safe community so you leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected.

Each gathering has a seasonal theme: gratitude, legacy, renewal, and more. Sometimes we share in small groups, sometimes as a full circle but always within an intimate space capped at 15 participants.

Kitty Ferguson–Mappus, MSSW, LCSW-S, EMDR Certified, IFS L1, and IPNB Trained, is a therapist, educator, and guide who creates experiential spaces for deep personal and collective healing. Drawing on decades of lived experience alongside training in trauma, identity, and relational systems, she brings clarity, warmth, and irreverent honesty to every gathering. Kitty’s work is grounded in her Wholehearted House model, a map of reconnection designed to help people return to their truth, resilience, and belonging.
