Unlock Your Potential with EMDR Therapy
We understand that time is precious, and we assure you that learning about EMDR's transformative power won't take long. Whether you're facing self-doubt, fear of failure, or a sense of being stuck in your personal growth, you've already taken a significant step by seeking solutions. Spend just a few minutes to explore an approach that could unlock your true potential. No fluff, just real help.
Life can sometimes feel like a series of closed doors. You might be dealing with limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, or a persistent fear of success that holds you back. Perhaps it's the grip of perfectionism or the weight of self-imposed limitations that keep you from moving forward. Does this resonate with you? If so, you're in the right place. At Unbroken Abundance, we recognize these challenges and are here to help you unlock the doors to your full potential through compassionate support and EMDR therapy.
What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) serves as a key to overcoming mental barriers. This therapeutic approach enables your brain to naturally reprocess limiting beliefs and negative emotions, so they no longer hinder your progress toward personal growth.

You may have attempted various methods to overcome these obstacles—perhaps traditional therapy, self-help strategies, or internal reflection—yet the barriers remain. EMDR stands apart by not only helping you cope but by facilitating deep-seated change through proven techniques supported by over 40 years of research.
How Can We Help?
We understand that delving into personal challenges requires vulnerability. At Unbroken Abundance, we provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore every aspect of yourself without judgment. Your journey begins with a conversation to identify the mental barriers impeding your progress and to clarify your aspirations.
Through EMDR, we'll guide you in reprocessing negative thought patterns. Utilizing bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, your brain can reorganize these thoughts, freeing you to pursue your goals without past limitations.
Our licensed therapists are proficient in EMDR and equipped with a variety of tools to help you overcome the challenges you're facing. You might wonder—how does this actually work? Let's talk a little about that.
Imagine your mind as a cluttered room filled with experiences and beliefs. Over time, negative thoughts and limiting beliefs accumulate, creating a disorganized space that's difficult to navigate. Some of the things in this space are big and you are constantly blocked by them, others are little and you can kind of just avoid them but they are still there.

EMDR acts as a methodical organizer, assisting your brain in sorting through this clutter, placing each item in its appropriate spot. Your brain is inherently capable of this—it mirrors the process that occurs during REM sleep when your mind naturally processes daily experiences. EMDR harnesses this innate ability, unblocking your progress forward and making it so you don't have to continually side step issues
by helping you clear mental clutter and achieve clarity.
Facing this mental disarray might seem daunting, but with EMDR, you possess the tools to organize and transform your mindset and we will be there helping you along the way.
