From those who have been there. What  does that mean?

The holiday season can be a time of connection, joy, and reflection—but for many, it brings feelings of loneliness, anxiety, or overwhelming stress. We understand how disconnected things can feel—whether it’s constant conflict or silence in your relationships, or the weight of anxiety and depression making every day feel like a struggle. The anxiousness keeps you on edge, waiting for the next crisis, while the depression can leave you feeling numb, drained, or like you’re on the outside looking in. You might feel like you don’t quite fit in or are being judged for who you are, whether it’s because of your health, neurotype, or lifestyle. It’s exhausting, and the weight of it all can feel even heavier during this time of year.

But we’ve been there too, and you don’t have to face this alone. We’re here to help you, your partner, or your child work through these challenges—even during the holidays. Whether it’s finding balance in your own life, rebuilding communication and trust in your relationships, or helping your child manage big emotions, we’ll walk alongside you with empathy and support. We'll laugh, we'll swear, we'll cry and find belonging.

Together we’ll create a space where you can be fully accepted for who you are, and where you’ll find ways to reconnect, regain confidence, and reclaim the life you deserve—so you can face the holidays with renewed strength and hope.

Customer Reviews

  • Q: I am in Texas but not close to your Office, do you support Teletherapy?
A: Yes! We love helping those all around this great state of ours and would be happy to setup Telehealth sessions with you. We have a secure portal where all of your documents can be filled out and as well as where you will meet us through video conferencing for your sessions. It is easy to use and convenient too.
  • Q: I want In-Person therapy, do you do In-Person?
A: Yes, we have a beautiful, comfortable office in Georgetown, Texas. So if you are within commutable distance to our office we would love to see you in-person!
  • Q: I'm worried about what others will think of me if I go to therapy.
A: Seeking help is a sign of strength and we offer a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can focus entirely on your growth. It’s your journey, and your well-being is what truly matters. All the information you share, including the fact you are even in therapy is protected by law and completely private.
  • Q: What if I can’t afford therapy?
A: We understand that cost can be a barrier, but there are often options to make therapy affordable. We offer quite a few choices for payment including taking some insurance (Aetna & Traditional Medicare), support for out of network reimbursement from insurance, sliding scale and HSA and FSA cards. Your mental health is an important investment, and we’re here to help you find a way that works for you.
  • Q: Can I still use my insurance if you're out-of-network for my insurance?
A: Yes! Even if we’re out-of-network, many insurance plans offer reimbursement for therapy services. We’ll help guide you through the process to make it as easy as possible. Our goal is to help you access the care you need without added stress.
  • Q: How do I know information I share in therapy will stay private?
A: Your privacy is protected by law, and we take confidentiality very seriously. Everything shared in therapy remains between you and your therapist unless there’s a safety concern. Our priority is creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable to talk openly, knowing your information is secure.
  • Q: This seems like it could take a lot of time out of my day. How long is a session?
A: Life is busy, but prioritizing your mental health now can save you time and energy in the long run. Sessions typically last about 55 minutes, and we offer flexible scheduling, including telehealth, to fit into your lifestyle or daily routine. It’s an investment in yourself that can help improve every other part of your life.
  • Q: What if therapy doesn't work for me?
A: It’s natural to worry about whether therapy will help, especially if you’ve felt stuck for a while. Healing is a unique process, and therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to your individual needs. At Unbroken Abundance, we work closely with you to find the right approach, adjusting as needed to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. If something isn’t clicking, we have a lot of training and different tools that we can explore until we discover what helps you move forward.
  • Q: I am not comfortable sharing everything. Can I only talk about certain things?
A: It’s completely normal to feel nervous at first. Therapy happens at your pace, and you don’t have to share anything until you’re ready. Over time, many clients find that having a safe, supportive space makes it easier to open up and work through difficult emotions in ways they never imagined.
