You're holding it together for everyone else. Who's holding space for you?
You know that feeling when you're running on empty but can't seem to stop? When your to-do list is done but you still can't settle? When you're surrounded by people but feel completely alone in what you're carrying?
Your nervous system is sending you a clear message: it's time to come home to yourself.
The Campfire Circle is your midweek pause. A place where you don't have to perform, produce, or prove anything. Just 90 minutes to breathe, reconnect, and remember you're not alone in this.

What Happens at a Campfire Circle?
Each gathering is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) experiential that blends:
-
Guided meditation to help you settle and find your center
-
IFS-informed reflection to explore what your parts are carrying
-
Intentional community where you're seen, safe, and held
-
Seasonal themes that meet you exactly where you are (gratitude, legacy, unburdening, renewal)
You'll spend 90 minutes in the kind of space your nervous system has been asking for—one where warmth, safety, and belonging aren't just ideas, but something you actually feel.
What it's NOT:
-
Not therapy or crisis intervention
-
Not a course with homework or required participation
-
Not another thing on your to-do list that drains you

✓ You're drawn to IFS but want to experience it, not just read about it
✓ You're carrying old stories that no longer serve you and ready to soften their grip
✓ You feel isolated in your healing journey and crave authentic connection
✓ You need permission to rest without guilt or productivity attached
✓ You're tired of surface-level community and want depth without drama
No prior IFS experience needed. These circles welcome both newcomers and seasoned practitioners.
