Quality Care Within Reach
We know that finding quality mental health care without breaking the bank can feel like just another hurdle in your already busy life. Every day, you're balancing a million things—and the search for genuine, affordable help shouldn't add to your stress. Your time is precious, and so is your well-being. You’ve already taken the first step and we’re here to show you that compassionate, effective support is within reach. We have openings for just $50 per session.

Have you ever walked away from a session feeling more like a number than a person? Perhaps you’ve experienced therapy that promises affordability but ends up feeling rushed and impersonal—where clinicians seem more interested in ticking boxes than understanding your unique story. You might have encountered providers who lack the depth and experience necessary to address your complex needs or found yourself stuck on endless waitlists with rigid scheduling that only add to your stress. Maybe you’ve even tried one-size-fits-all approaches that left you wondering if anyone truly sees the real you.

These are common frustrations that many face when affordable therapy seems to sacrifice quality for cost. We understand how disheartening it can be to search for care that feels both genuine and accessible. We believe that compassionate, expert support should never be out of reach simply because of your budget. If you’ve been let down by options that don’t quite hit the mark, know that you’re in the right place. Here, affordable therapy doesn’t mean compromising on care—it means receiving thoughtful, personalized support that honors your journey. We’re here to provide the kind of understanding and connection that truly helps you heal, one step at a time.
How Can We Help?
We know that seeking help on a tight budget can feel especially vulnerable. That’s why we’ve created a space where affordability meets genuine, compassionate care. Your journey with us starts with an open conversation—a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your struggles.

Q: What if I can’t afford therapy?A: We understand that cost can be a barrier, but there are often options to make therapy affordable. We offer quite a few choices for payment including taking some insurance (Aetna & Traditional Medicare), support for out of network reimbursement from insurance, sliding scale and HSA and FSA cards. Your mental health is an important investment, and we’re here to help you find a way that works for you.

Healing is a unique process, and therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to your individual needs. At Unbroken Abundance, we work closely with you to find the right approach, adjusting as needed to ensure you feel supported every step of the way. If something isn’t clicking, we have a lot of training and different tools that we can explore until we discover what helps you move forward.

Therapy happens at your pace, and you don’t have to share anything until you’re ready. Over time, many clients find that having a safe, supportive space makes it easier to open up and work through difficult emotions in ways they never imagined.
